How many sessions a week or how often should I see you?
You are completely in control of this. Your budget, your goals, your personality, and your lifestyle all impact this greatly. I work hard to make sure people know that there is no "one way," or a "right way" to do this. We need to honor what makes sense and will work for each individual. That is the beauty of the customized service I provide.

Some people see me less and thrive. Others prefer to see me frequently for much more accountability, partnership, guidance, and support. When you know deep in your bones that you will not exercise or be able to execute the behavioral changes you desire without more help. It is often wise to see me more often for shorter sessions.
I am dedicated to finding and honoring your path to your goal that makes sense and feels great.
Do you sell packages? Can I save if I buy 10 sessions or more in advance?
The first 'big box' gym I worked in did this. I hated it. It made me feel like a sleazy used car salesman.

My mentor Sam Iannetta taught me to never assume a client was going to come back for another appointment to see me, but if I did a fabulous job it was more likely they would hire me again. I try to earn your business every appointment, every time.

A professional sets a fair rate, and adjusts it accordingly. I try to be fairly priced and then attempt to over-deliver. I sleep better at night knowing I am always giving people a good fair deal.
